You can apply online at www.er-go.it for Flat Tax or Fees exemption/reduction.
If your family unit has incomes and/or assets abroad, you must submit the necessary documentation in order to attest your economic condition.
Only for Flat-Tax for extra-UE students you do not have to submit your foreign income and assets documentation, because your fee is calculated with reference to a notional ISEE called ISEE country.
